We have partnered with Carraig Rua Bakery in Carrick-on-Shannon, a small artisan bakery, that use traditional methods, proper ingredients and no nasty additives, everything is organically certified.

Each loaf is carefully handmade over 48 hours, during which time the flavours and textures develop, giving the bread amazing flavour, texture and character that can't be found in mass-produced loaves.

From sourdough to rich, moist rye, Carraid Rua's range of bread is baked to perfection, using only the best organic ingredients.
