PLEASE NOTE: This product is not certified organic. In order for honey to be certified organic, the bees need to have a very large roaming area of certified organic land, many square kilometres wide. This is not possible in Ireland and due to the nature of beekeeping, there is no way of guaranteeing that all pollen harvested by these bees was from an organic source. Any certified organic honey you see being sold from Irish brands is made using honey harvested from bees outside the island of Ireland. We have been approved by the Irish Organic Association to sell this non-organic product.

About Irish Blossom Honey

Sourced directly from the pristine blossoms of the Irish countryside, this exquisite honey is unpasteurized to preserve its natural, wholesome qualities. Brimming with beneficial enzymes and antioxidants, our honey embodies the essence of its surroundings.
From the lush landscapes around Glenstal Abbey, each jar captures the unique flavours of a diverse floral palette—blackberry, clover, willows, lime, and chestnut trees—all working in harmony to create a rich and complex taste experience. This artisanal honey is not just a sweet treat; it's a testament to the beauty and bounty of Ireland’s nature.
Perfect for drizzling over your favourite breakfast, sweetening your tea, or adding a touch of natural goodness to your recipes, our Raw Irish Honey is a luxurious, healthful indulgence that brings a piece of the Irish countryside straight to your table.
Important Notes on Honey Storage
This honey is 100% natural and raw, meaning it has not been overheated or processed in any way. Crystallization is a natural process – the honey will start to crystallize in 2-3 months and may become fully or partially crystallized within 3-4 months. This is completely normal and a sign of high-quality raw honey.
