This tricolor shells pasta is made from the finest Sicilian durum wheat, enriched with spinach and tomato for a beautiful color and enhanced flavor. Produced by the Barbagallo family, now in its fourth generation, the pasta's shape allows it to hold sauces well. Durum wheat is milled into semolina in 28 steps. Within 24 hours, the semolina is processed into pasta dough, which is then pressed in bronze molds for a traditional texture. Finally, the conchiglie is dried at a low temperature for optimal flavor and nutrients. Truly artisanal Italian pasta!
